I would like to find this kind of Japanese translator but I got none. Could you help me, please?|||Well your not going to find any translators that can automatically translate whole sentences but some good dictionaries like the ones below do contain common phrases in their dictionaries.
Japanese is a very different language than English. The sentence structure, untranslatable words, ect.
but go ahead and give these a try. By the way, if you can't read the Japanese on the Japanese site below download rikaichain (its a program that translates each word when you hover your cursor over it.)
Actually rikaichan is probably going to be your best translator, and its free. Good luck
