Is there any good free online translator for Japanese romaji to English?

I would prefer one that could translate single words and phrases|||There´s a Japanese-english-Japanese dictionary named WAKAN you can download to your computer. It translates words, and has also this field in which you can type and get hiragana, katakana and kanji. You can also Copy-paste Japanese letters to WAKAN and get the meaning of the word in English.|||www.jisho.org You can type something in romaji and it'll give you an english meaning.|||the online translator that i use is howtosayin.com, but im not sure if it has that language or not...
