Does anyone know of a good Japanese to English translator website?

I need the WORDS not the Japanese symbols.


Example: "Jennifer" is turned into "Kunie Enoki" (or something like that)|||http://dictionary.reference.com/translat鈥?/a>|||Well why don't you just learn to read the hiragana symbols?





They only make one sound so it's fairly easy.
